Prepare and serve resident meals as a Dietary Aide, using food handling knowledge and honoring individual dietary requirements. Weekend hours are stated.

Reporting to the Culinary Services Manager, this position prepares, plates, and serves food directed by the cook. It supports resident safety and high-quality care in keeping with the organization's vision and mission. Cooking experience in food service is required, while healthcare or hospitality experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver meals pleasantly and courteously to residents
Prepare, plate, and serve requested food
Respect preferences and special dietary requirements
Maintain serveries, tables, storage areas, fridges, and freezers
Load, operate, and empty the dishwasher

Requirements:
Current or recently completed approved food handler training
Required cooking experience in a food service setting
Understanding and empathy for seniors' needs
Familiarity with HACCP, WHMIS, safety, and sanitation requirements
Required screening, health results, and two supervisory references
