Machina Labs seeks a Senior Accountant to manage accounts payable and support broader accounting operations in a multi-entity NetSuite setting. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will contribute to procurement, AP, month-end close, and scalable process development. The work includes vendor management, general ledger analysis, and audit preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor bills and invoices in NetSuite and Bill.com
Perform three-way matching before approving payments
Manage vendor onboarding, banking setup, and records
Post accrual, prepaid,
reclassification, and correction entries
Reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
Requirements:
Four or more years of progressive accounting experience
Significant accounts payable experience
Hands-on NetSuite experience
Three-way matching experience in procure-to-pay settings
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
