This Service Technician supports a stabilized, 320-unit property by maintaining buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. The work includes diagnosing service issues, completing make-ready tasks, documenting requests, and supporting safety standards. Happy Property experience and one to two years of maintenance experience are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete resident work orders and preventive maintenance
Diagnose defects and perform compliant repairs
Prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins
Track supplies, tools, equipment, and used inventory
Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas
Requirements:
One to two years of maintenance experience
Happy Property experience
Weekend availability and on-call availability
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
Ability to lift twenty-five pounds independently
