This in-person Winnipeg position with Shared Health is suited to a Registered Psychiatric Nurse or Registered Nurse. Candidates need approved nursing education, active CRPNM or CRNM registration, CPR training, and knowledge of applicable legislation. Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care related to the clinical area
Prioritize care for individual patients or patient groups
Delegate appropriately and monitor care outcomes
Adapt quickly to changing situations and demands
Communicate effectively in oral and written forms
Requirements: Recent, related mental health experience required
Graduate of approved RPN or RN program
Maintain active Manitoba skilled registration and provide proof
Understand standards, ethics, scope, policies, and protocols
Meet Criminal Records and abuse registry check conditions
Use psychiatric nursing practice, communication, and clinical judgment to support patients within Shared Health’s adult emergency service.
