This full-time Store Manager position oversees overall productivity, operational excellence, visual merchandising, and compliance with company priorities. You will ensure stock reaches the right place, merchandise follows corporate directives, and teams deliver efficient service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee floor management, stockroom organization, shipping, and receiving
Ensure accurate cash desk operations and loss prevention compliance
Schedule staff to maximize sales and eliminate wastage
Maintain merchandise presentation, cleanliness,



and physical-store safety
Communicate objectives with management and corporate partners
Requirements: Experience leading a similar-volume retail location
Strong business acumen with P&L; management ability
Ability to communicate and coach staff effectively
