Apply full-cycle accounting and financial reporting expertise as a Property Accountant supporting diverse managed properties and client service. Work collaboratively with finance and property management teams.
This Property Accountant supports residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use portfolios. Reporting to the Accounting Manager and working with the Director of Finance, you will maintain accurate financial information, strengthen internal controls, and support informed business decisions. The position requires property accounting experience, analytical judgment, and exact reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly and annual property financial statements
Complete general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end closing processes




Manage CAM and property tax recoveries
Analyze budget variances and monitor cash flows
Requirements: Two to three years of property accounting experience
Experience supporting commercial, residential, or mixed-use portfolios
Understanding of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
Post-secondary accounting, finance, or related education
Microsoft Excel and property accounting software proficiency
Bring property accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and analytical skills to support accurate performance across a diverse portfolio.
