This role supports technology, systems, and processes used by Sales Operations and Commercial teams. Cooke is seeking 2-5 years of experience in business systems, sales operations, business analysis, or related work. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, designing workflow automation, evaluating tools, supporting Power BI, and improving user experience through effective system usage.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze processes for efficiency, data quality, and user experience
Design and support workflow automation initiatives




Develop process documentation and standard operating procedures
Define reporting requirements, metrics, and business dashboards
Identify data issues and support accurate business analysis
Requirements: 2-5 years of relevant business systems experience
