McDougall Energy seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager reporting to the Director, Human Resources. This position delivers HR programs aligned with company objectives, supporting managers and employees across operations. Key areas include recruitment, onboarding, performance guidance, investigations, and records.
Key Responsibilities: Support managers and employees with daily HR inquiries
Lead recruitment and selection for all retail roles
Develop orientation programs and customized training plans
Guide performance, discipline, compliance, engagement, and retention




Conduct investigations and recommend workplace actions
Requirements: Two to five years of progressive HR management experience
Post-secondary education focused on Human Resources Management
Working knowledge of Employment Standards Act requirements
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities
Support McDougall Energy’s operations through recruitment, employee relations, investigations, and compliant human resources programs in Goderich.
