This coordinator role focuses on field health and safety, with approximately 75% of work performed in the field. Tunnel construction safety experience is preferred, alongside two to three years of civil or heavy experience. Duties include preparing Job Hazard Analyses, toolbox talks, safety presentation slides, databases, and Adobe forms.
Key Responsibilities: Inspect health and safety conditions in the field
Provide field safety coaching to work teams
Develop safety presentation slides and Adobe forms
Maintain safety records and databases
Complete related tasks assigned by the Manager
Requirements: Two to three years of civil or heavy experience
Preferred experience in tunnel construction safety
Strongly recommended G driving license
Readiness for day and night shifts
Ability to work 12 hour shifts
Use tunnel safety knowledge, field inspection skills, and hazard analysis experience to support STRABAG construction operations.
