This Project Control Officer supports a leading financial institution and one of Canada’s Top 5 Banks. The work covers EDO financial processes, annual budgets, business cases, project status, and executive reporting. You will advise Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Officers, and the EDO VP.
Key Responsibilities: Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and invoice tracking
Analyze EDO performance, trends, benchmarks, and expenditures
Prepare annual budgets and support business cases
Track consolidated portfolio status and financial reporting
Monitor controls,



audits, dependencies, and project scope
Requirements: Five to seven years of financial project management experience
Large-enterprise experience, preferably within banking
Experience managing high-risk projects exceeding $10M budgets
Agile project management experience and practices
Proficiency with CA PPM, MS Project, and PowerPoint
Apply financial analysis, Agile project management, and portfolio reporting expertise across complex banking projects in Downtown Toronto.
