Our Place Peel seeks an Employment and Education Supervisor to guide youth toward self-sufficiency. You will provide one-to-one support, strengthen community partnerships, and connect young people with employment resources, educational programs, and vocational training. The position supports youth experiencing homelessness or disadvantage.
Key Responsibilities: Guide youth toward employment and educational opportunities
Provide one-to-one employability and education skills support
Strengthen partnerships with community support services
Advocate for inclusive education and employment access
Prepare monthly reports for program evaluation
Requirements: Degree in social services or related field
Three to four years of relevant experience
One year of supervisory experience with youth
Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills
Flexibility for 24-hour operations and on-call rotation
