Build financial insight across JLL's commercial real estate portfolio using budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis. Work on-site in Toronto, Ontario.
As a Senior Property Accountant, you will own monthly accounting activities and financial reporting for assigned properties. Your work will include operating budgets, forecasts, capital project monitoring, depreciation calculations, and partner reporting. You will also contribute to process improvements, strategic initiatives, audit readiness, and financial controls reviews while coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for partners
Develop operating budgets and forecasts for assigned properties
Track capital budgets and monitor related projects




Analyze monthly variances and calculate depreciation costs
Recommend process and analysis improvements for assigned work
Requirements: Three to five years of experience in general accounting
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or equivalent
Qualified CPA designation obtained or in progress
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Experience in real estate accounting is preferred
Use budgeting, reporting, and commercial real estate accounting experience to support financial outcomes across JLL's property portfolio.
