Lead MacDon product support through technical troubleshooting and relationship building while coordinating North American representatives and field activities.
Reporting to the Director of Global Product Support, this supervisor coordinates in-territory Product Support Representatives. The work covers after-sales support for MacDon equipment, technical issue resolution, and dealer and customer relationships. It also supports continued improvement across the Product Support team.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate field support, call support, and issue reporting activities
Collaborate globally to resolve field issues
Guide technical troubleshooting and solution development
Review team activities, schedules, expenses, and leave




Conduct performance reviews and identify development opportunities
Requirements: Related university or college degree, or equivalent experience
Proven leadership and relationship-building experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Technical knowledge diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Ability to lead a remote team and travel internationally
Support MacDon equipment and representatives through leadership, technical diagnosis, customer relationships, and coordinated field service activities.
