Support prospect research, analytics, and Blackbaud CRM data integrity at York University while developing queries, reports, and data analyses.
As Prospect Analyst, you will support prospect identification, management processes, and Advancement database governance. The role serves as a subject matter expert in prospect management systems, working with Research, Development, Alumni, and Business Intelligence teams. You will prepare information, monitor data quality, and support informed Advancement decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain Prospect/VIP entity information in the Advance database
Collect, update, prepare, and analyze prospect information
Develop queries, data lists, reports, and statistical analyses
Monitor database usage, records management, and data quality
Guide users on CRM standards,



procedures, and best practices
Requirements: University degree in a listed related field or qualifying York experience
Minimum three years managing prospects, information, or databases
Advanced Excel skills with large datasets, formulas, and data preparation
Experience with Blackbaud CRM or similar enterprise databases
Experience creating queries, reports, or visualizations using reporting tools
