Serve clients by phone as an RBC Licensed Insurance Advisor, using bilingual communication and needs-based home and auto advice. Full time hours total 37.5 weekly.
This RBC position supports clients through inbound calls, offering insurance solutions based on individual needs. You will complete personalized assessments, explain recommendations, and contribute to individual and team sales goals. The role requires English and French service, regulatory awareness, and digital literacy.
Key Responsibilities: Provide home and auto insurance advice through inbound calls
Resolve client concerns at first point of contact
Complete personalized needs assessments and policy reviews
Underwrite and update policies with regulatory risk awareness




Maintain partner relationships across the RBC team
Requirements: Obtain Quebec Damage Insurance and Ontario General Insurance licenses
Provide service fluently in English and French
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
Work all shifts during stated operating hours
Use smartphones, tablets, laptops, and digital services effectively
Bring bilingual communication, client discovery, and insurance advice skills to RBC’s Home & Auto Advice Centre.
