The Membership Sales Associate welcomes consumers and presents the Orangetheory Training concept to interested prospects. This position combines sales, customer service, follow-up, and studio support while working with trainers during first workouts. You will address member concerns professionally and participate in outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome every visitor with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
Present the OTF concept to interested consumers
Answer phones and support members at the front desk




Give studio tours and guide first workout introductions
Sell memberships and follow up with prospective clients
Requirements: Passion for fitness and the Orangetheory mission
Passionate, positive approach to member interactions
Excellent face-to-face and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport with consumers and members
