Lead cycle counts and slot audits as an Inventory Control Lead, using reconciliation skills to support accurate daily inventory management.

Under the Inventory Control Supervisor, you will coordinate inventory activities and help align work with service and cost objectives. The position covers inventory software, physical inventories, discrepancy research, and adjustment analysis. You will also support team performance and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily cycle counts, slot audits, and system reconciliation
- Plan, execute, and reconcile physical inventories
- Research inventory discrepancies and prepare adjustment reports
- Track recouped products and return saleable items to stock
- Report inventory status and team performance to management

Requirements:

- At least one year of inventory or warehouse experience
- Understanding of inventory control and supply chain processes
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or WMS systems
- Robust organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 50 pounds
