Charger Logistics Inc. in Montreal, QC is seeking a driven Driver Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and safety training for Class 1/CDL drivers. You will coordinate orientations, road evaluations, and safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and solid driver pipelines.

You will partner with Operations, Safety and Compliance teams to maintain safety standards, improve retention, and support terminal performance in a fast-paced environment.
