As a Senior Project Manager, you will deliver systems-based projects for municipalities, hospitals, airports, and commercial property organizations. Manage planning, installation, testing, closeout, budgets, and scope changes. Coordinate customers, vendors, contractors, and technical teams throughout execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage parking technology projects from planning through final closeout
Develop schedules using Microsoft Project and track milestones
Monitor budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and invoicing milestones
Oversee sensors, cameras, barriers, lighting, and ticketing equipment




Conduct site visits, meetings, updates, and risk assessments

Requirements:
Three to five years systems-based project management experience
Experience coordinating multiple clients, vendors, contractors, and teams
Solid Microsoft Project and Excel proficiency
Experience with budgeting, risks, scheduling, and scope changes
Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle
