As a Field Work Planner, you will develop, manage, publish, and communicate monthly maintenance plans for designated assets. You will coordinate with field teams, area leaders, management, technical resources, and Commercial Operations. The position supports work scheduling, resource adjustments, compliance planning, and equipment information updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and publish monthly maintenance work plans
Update work plans weekly and monitor execution
Schedule work from plans and SAP backlog
Maintain technician availability and compliance schedules
Coordinate outage plans with Commercial Operations
Requirements:
Technical school graduation or associate degree
Three or more years of related experience
Working knowledge of SAP and CMMS systems
Robust organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and protected driving record
