As Senior Manager, Growth, you will report to the Senior Director, Growth. You will support strategic client growth and retention initiatives across Omnicom Media Canada agencies and capabilities. The work centers on turning priorities into coordinated plans, timelines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned growth initiatives from planning through delivery
Develop project plans, workback schedules and milestone tracking
Coordinate Current Business, Client Success, Commercial and agency leadership
Communicate updates and follow up on stakeholder commitments




Identify gaps and improve project execution methods

Requirements:
Six or more years of relevant skilled experience
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
Exceptional organization and meticulous attention to detail
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
