This Resident Care Attendant reports to nursing leadership and contributes to care aligned with provincial standards, the Nursing Care Plan, and cooperative practice. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meals, treatments, and resident activity monitoring. Your observations help address individual needs holistically.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in Nursing Care Plan development through observations
- Share resident information with nursing and health care teams
- Monitor activities, daily living, and emerging care needs




- Provide treatments under the direction of the Nurse
- Assist residents throughout the facility

Requirements:

- Registered with the BC Care Aide Community Health Worker Registry
- Minimum HCA Provincial Certification required
- Five years' experience in continuing care
- Leadership, judgment, supervision, and interpersonal strengths
- Ability to lift and transfer residents
