Reporting to the Senior Project Manager – Design, the Engineering Design Technologist prepares drawings and contracts for roads, trails, sewers, and watermains. The work involves surveying and design coordination, detailed Civil 3D modelling, and construction documentation. Municipal standards guide accurate and constructible designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed Civil 3D infrastructure drawings and models
- Design roads, trails, sewers, watermains, and intersections
- Review surfaces, corridors, pipe networks, and grading tie-ins
- Prepare construction, preliminary, final, and as-built drawings




- Calculate contract quantities and maintain infrastructure mapping

Requirements:

- Three-year Civil Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent
- C.E.T. certification
- Two years of relevant CADD design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and engineering software
- Valid Class G licence and clean driver abstract
