Use CCTV surveillance and incident reporting skills as a full time Security Monitoring Operator in Stoney Creek, Ontario. French bilingual communication is required.
At ECAM Technologies, a GardaWorld division, Monitoring Operators help deliver quality service to North American clients. Reporting to Monitoring Supervisors, you will conduct remote surveillance, recognize potential risks, and record incidents using internal software. The position requires composed decision-making during high-pressure situations and communication with appropriate authorities.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor client premises through remote CCTV cameras
Detect and help prevent theft and vandalism
Identify other illegal activities during surveillance
Maintain accurate internal incident records




Contact or collaborate with authorities when required
Requirements: Ability to remain calm during high-pressure situations
Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and Google Chrome
Availability for seven shifts per two-week period
Flexibility for nights, every other weekend, and holidays
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in any field
Bring detail-oriented surveillance, computer proficiency, and bilingual communication to ECAM Technologies’ Stoney Creek monitoring team.
