Apply personal care expertise and First Aid/CPR training as a Resident Attendant supporting residents at The Barrieview Retirement Residence. Sienna Senior Living is filling an existing vacancy.
This Resident Attendant position focuses on completing care assignments and supporting residents’ daily health and well-being. You will communicate with residents and families, report concerns to the team leader, and work independently or within the team. Transportation, laundry, housekeeping, and secure food handling are also included.
Key Responsibilities: Provide care outlined in each resident’s plan
Respond courteously to call bells and door alarms
Report resident concerns and complaints to the team leader




Transport residents to required destinations and activities
Handle food safely during preparation and service
Requirements: At least six months’ experience in a similar role
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Personal Support Worker Certificate preferred
Use your personal care training, communication skills, and resident-focused service to support daily living at The Barrieview.
