As Social Media & Community Specialist, you will manage daily execution for a growing brand across Canadian audiences. You will create platform-native stories, monitor online culture, and translate consumer conversations into relevant content. The role supports launches, creator collaborations, and activations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
Develop, produce, and publish social-first content from concept through execution
Monitor trends, platform behaviours, and cultural moments for opportunities
Respond to comments, messages, mentions, tags, and user content
Support launches,



partnerships, events, and marketing activations
Requirements: At least one to two years’ relevant hands-on experience
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, formats, trends, and algorithms
Experience producing engaging content with solid visual storytelling
Confidence appearing on camera when required
Excellent communication, writing, and organisational skills
Bring social strategy, content creation, and community management expertise to grow Barebells Canada’s audience and brand connection.
