Rejuvenation Medical Group is seeking an Accounting Specialist with transactional accounting experience and strong attention to detail. This position manages recurring reconciliations, aged accounts payable reporting, vendor records, and payment processes. The work also supports accurate month-end close across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
Reconcile credit card transactions across users and clinics
Complete intercompany and vendor account reconciliations
Generate standard reports supporting reconciliations and month-end close




Process and reconcile expense reports and transaction streams
Requirements: Three or more years in accounts payable or general accounting
Demonstrated account and vendor reconciliation experience
Multi-entity accounting experience is a solid asset
Ability to process high transaction volumes accurately
Comfort with deadlines, controls, and established processes
