Provident Energy Management Inc. seeks an experienced intermediate Building Automation Systems Technician for service and maintenance work. Use troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, system optimization, and customer service skills across a diverse portfolio. Support BAS, DDC, HVAC controls, communication networks, and energy-efficiency initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, calibration, and BAS service
Diagnose and repair controllers, field devices, applications, and networks
Troubleshoot BACnet, P2, Modbus, and open protocols




Respond to regular and emergency service requests professionally
Prepare detailed service reports and maintenance documentation
Requirements: Diploma or certificate in BAS, HVAC, electrical, or related discipline
Three to five years servicing BAS and HVAC controls
Advanced BAS and DDC industry knowledge
Niagara N4 certification and Johnson Controls FX experience
Valid driver's license and rotating on-call availability
