This leadership and coaching position also includes active service advisory duties, customer repair explanations, and service department collaboration. Success includes maintaining team synergy and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities: Support Service Advisors with daily activities and service needs
Coach advisors on processes and adherence
Review workflow status and recommend necessary changes
Communicate with other Service department areas
Explain repairs to customers and Service Advisors
Requirements: Minimum three years of Service Advising experience
Proven track record of success in advisor KPIs
Proven track record in sales
Leadership and training experience is an asset
Driver's license and clean driver's abstract
Bring automotive service advising, coaching, training, and workflow expertise to lead Advantage Ford's Service Advisor team.
