Vancouver Coastal Health seeks a registered nurse or registered psychiatric nurse for long term care. You will support predominantly older residents through assessment, clinical interventions, outcome evaluation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate clinical interventions and evaluate resident outcomes
Provide information and coordinate ongoing resident care
Support RCA and LPN work within cohesive teams
Lead goals of care discussions with residents and families




Participate on committees and approved research projects
Requirements: Current BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse
Approved gerontology course or equivalent education, training, and experience
Experience supporting residents with chronic diseases
Knowledge of aging changes, polypharmacy, and treatment protocols
Ability to develop care plans and provide nursing interventions
