Reporting to the Accounting Assistant Manager, the Credit and Collections Analyst manages accounts receivable activities and customer credit applications. The work includes assessing D&B; reports, analyzing bank information, preparing credit approval memos, and maintaining accurate records. You will also support payment posting and account reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities: Contact customers regarding payments, disputes, documentation, and outstanding balances
Arrange payments for overdue accounts and monitor collection progress
Research improper billing and process applicable corrections




Resolve billing discrepancies and misapplied cash transactions
Prepare monthly receivables presentations and aging reports
Requirements: Three to five years of direct collections experience
Basic Microsoft Office and accounting software knowledge
Experience with AS400 and SAP preferred
Robust negotiation, diplomacy, and conflict-resolution skills
College accounting or bookkeeping background preferred
