As Cash Manager, you will oversee customer-facing payment areas and coordinate efficient checkout performance. You will supervise front-end associates, maintain loss prevention controls, and resolve transactional concerns. Your work also supports promotions, peak-period strategies, and business initiatives with store leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee checkout and self-checkout performance and compliance
Minimize wait times through effective staffing and customer flow
Provide visible leadership on the sales floor and front end




Implement cash controls and loss prevention procedures
Partner with store managers on promotions and peak periods
Requirements: 2-4+ years in a retail leadership or similar role
Solid organizational skills and attention to accuracy
Ability to handle confidential financial information
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple retail responsibilities
