Key Responsibilities: Review complex policy wordings within coverage scope
Develop strategies guiding claims toward successful resolutions
Respond to inquiries and provide claim status updates
Maintain accurate records of claim information
Perform additional assigned duties
Requirements: Post-secondary Allied Health Qualified degree required
One to three years of complex customer service experience
Strong time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving ability
French bilingual ability considered an asset
