Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly service in person, by phone, and email
Assist with SGI Auto Fund products and policy inquiries
Process policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately
Verify documentation and maintain compliant client files
Collect payments and record transactions using brokerage systems
Requirements: Restricted Auto Licence or willingness to obtain
Previous customer service, insurance, or client-facing experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
