As Business Development Manager, you will develop commercial opportunities for scaffolding, insulation, fireproofing, coatings, and related services. The position involves business development, account growth, sales-cycle leadership, and collaboration with Operations, estimating, project controls, and finance. Brock Canada supports maintenance, turnarounds, and industrial projects across Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop regional plans aligned with Brock Canada growth objectives
Build relationships with clients, associations, and industry partners
Identify maintenance, turnaround, capital, and other service opportunities




Lead prospects through proposals, negotiations, awards, and transitions
Maintain pipelines, forecasts, reporting, and market updates

Requirements:
Proven business development, sales, or account management experience
Knowledge of Peace Country and Northeast British Columbia markets
Experience in energy, oil and gas, or industrial services
Solid commercial judgment, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Valid driver’s licence and regular regional travel availability
