Key Responsibilities:
Perform corporate and land title searches and registrations
Maintain project status updates in the database
Prepare agreements, consents, and surface legal documents
Prepare Crown applications and identify interested parties




Perform self-audits and general reception duties

Requirements:
Zero to two years of industry-related experience
Land Analyst certificate considered an asset
MS Office proficiency and excellent organizational skills
Integrity handling confidential documents and information
Solid communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills
