Federated Co-operatives Limited is hiring permanent Warehouse Order Pickers for its Supply Chain team. You will fill, check, and pack orders for local Co-ops, selecting floor stock and assembling pallets. The work supports home, building, and food distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Fill, check, and pack warehouse orders using pallet jacks
Use headset systems to select floor-stock items
Assemble pallets for transportation to local Co-ops
Follow safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements
Maintain clean shipping and receiving areas

Requirements:
Verbal communication skills and headset comfort
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
Availability for shifts, including evenings and weekends
