This Nurse Clinician role provides leadership for a designated patient population within the Psoriasis Clinic team. You act as a clinical resource for care teams, professionals, and students while promoting quality, ethical, client and family centred care. You also develop education and support practice learning.
Key Responsibilities: Consult with interdisciplinary care teams and professionals
Guide others through clinical and conflict issues
Develop staff, patient, and family education materials
Promote supportive and creative learning environments
Lead change and support staff through transitions
Requirements: Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
Three years’ recent experience in the specialized clinical area
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
Effective written and oral communication skills
Computer literacy with care and office software systems
Use clinical consultation, education, and change leadership skills to strengthen specialized care at Vancouver General Hospital.
