Licensed Practical Nurses support people-centered care across Southern Health-Santé Sud. Apply nursing processes while working days, evenings, nights, and weekends as required.
This LPN position supports clients, residents, and patients across acute, transitional, personal care home, primary care, oncology, public health, and home care settings. You will work to your full scope, maintain competency, and exercise independent judgment. The role requires collaboration, communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and culturally respectful care.
Key Responsibilities: Apply nursing processes within people-centered care settings
Support clients, residents, and patients achieving optimum health
Work to full licensed practical nursing scope




Maintain competency through ongoing qualified education
Determine priorities and actions using independent judgment
Requirements: Current active registration with CLPNM
Current Basic Life Support certification where required
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and insured vehicle
Demonstrated communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to respect confidentiality and cultural diversity
Bring licensed practical nursing, collaborative communication, and autonomous decision-making skills to Southern Health-Santé Sud’s regional care services.
