Fraser Health Registered Nurses support patients across diverse specialties throughout Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley in British Columbia.
This opportunity spans emergency, critical care, perioperative, post-anesthetic care, pediatrics, NICU, renal, mental health, and long-term care. Nurses provide direct, person-centered care while collaborating with physicians, practical nurses, educators, coordinators, patients, and families. Specialty Nursing Education can support specialization, skills advancement, and career development.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct care in acute inpatient areas
Develop and modify care plans with patients and families
Collaborate with interprofessional providers on changing patient conditions
Teach illness prevention, health restoration,



and health maintenance
Participate in research, quality improvement, and nursing committees
Requirements: Approved School of Nursing graduation
Current practicing registration with BCCNM
Person-centered communication, empathy, advocacy, and cultural sensitivity
Ability to integrate data and solve problems effectively
Ability to organize, prioritize, and collaborate
