This Physiotherapist position serves Mackenzie Health through the Geriatric Outreach Program and Senior Wellness Clinic. Key Responsibilities: Manage patients through assessment and treatment stages
Deliver consultation and follow-up services
Conduct physiotherapy assessments
Develop goals and recommendations for patients
Implement goal-directed client-centered programs
Requirements: Experience managing patients in acute or rehabilitation settings
Community rehabilitation experience considered an asset
Knowledge of community resources considered an asset
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to adapt to computer applications and keyboarding
Use cooperative physiotherapy practice and geriatric expertise to support assessment, treatment, and follow-up services in Richmond Hill.
