Key Responsibilities: Investigate Auto BI and CGL claims promptly
Assess coverage and liability in claim situations
Work directly with third parties to drive claims
Provide professional, responsive customer service
Manage changing priorities with attention to detail
Requirements: Post-secondary college or university education
Three to five years of claims adjusting experience
Auto BI or CGL claims experience considered an asset
Strong customer service and communication skills
Solid technical skills with MS Office Suite
