Key Responsibilities: Monitor network and system performance using monitoring tools
Troubleshoot complex network and system issues
Configure and deploy systems and network devices
Document network and system configurations and changes
Mentor Analyst I colleagues on monitoring best practices
Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Three or more years in network or system monitoring
Knowledge of load balancing, VPN, and firewalls
Advanced Windows and Linux server knowledge
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Apply network monitoring, systems troubleshooting, and communication expertise while supporting reliable operations for VC3 clients across Canada.
