Own full-cycle accounting for Anthem’s Housebuilding division, using financial analysis and advanced Excel to clarify complex community projects.
This Accountant role supports an assigned portfolio of communities within Anthem’s Housebuilding division. You will partner with operations, finance, corporate teams, and project teams while preparing reporting, forecasts, budgets, and cost analysis. The work requires accuracy, organization, proactive ownership, and robust communication across multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Own full-cycle accounting for assigned Housebuilding communities
Deliver monthly actual-versus-budget and forecast variance analysis
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules




Support community cash flow forecasts and proformas
Analyze job costs, trends, risks, and inconsistencies
Requirements: Three or more years of progressive accounting experience
CPA designation or near completion
Advanced Excel skills and financial reporting experience
Strong budgeting and financial analysis capabilities
Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven priorities
Bring accounting ownership, cost analysis, and reporting expertise to Anthem’s growing Housebuilding community portfolio.
