As Warehouse Associate II, you will coordinate shipping and distribution activities within a regulated pharmaceutical setting. Responsibilities include preparing finished goods for NJDC, UPS, and Northstar, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following Sun Pharma SOPs and cGMP requirements. The position also includes training participation and team member coaching.
Key Responsibilities: Pick and stage pallets according to shipping requirements
Complete putaways and maintain accurate inventory locations
Prepare ASN, Pro Forma Invoice, and customs documentation
Inspect trailers and report safety or security concerns




Maintain clean, organized areas under SOPs and cGMP
Requirements: Finished goods shipping experience, preferably pharmaceutical
Strong understanding of GMP requirements and SOP compliance
Experience coordinating trucking and transportation companies
Experience with United States shipments and cross-border documentation
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Bring regulated warehouse experience, documentation accuracy, and distribution coordination skills to Sun Pharma’s finished goods operations.
