RhynoCare seeks an experienced Registered Practical Nurse working as an Independent Contractor in long term care facilities. You will provide nursing and personal care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The work includes medication administration, documentation, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Key Responsibilities: Provide safe, competent, ethical nursing and personal care
Administer, control, and safeguard medications and treatments
Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
Document care accurately according to CNO requirements




Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and established protocols
Requirements: Current active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Experience working independently and collaboratively within healthcare teams
