Key Responsibilities: Support store business plans that maximize sales and profitability
Partner with the store manager to lead team performance
Provide training, guidance, and timely constructive feedback
Deliver lens expertise, eyewear adjustments, and digital measurements
Maintain store appearance, safety, staffing, and policy compliance
Requirements: Current and valid state Opticianry license
One or more years supervising employees with direct reports
High school graduation or equivalent
Retail operations knowledge and strong basic math skills
Strong communication, selling, and problem-solving abilities
