ASSA ABLOY Canada seeks a Regional Human Resources Manager to provide hands-on strategic and operational leadership. Support General Managers and people leaders with performance management, conflict resolution, engagement, retention, talent reviews, and organizational change. Collaborate with centralized Safety, Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development teams.
Key Responsibilities: Coach leaders on engagement, retention, development, and effectiveness
Support organizational design, succession planning, and talent reviews
Manage union relationships with Carpenters Union branches




Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions
Use HR and safety metrics to identify trends and risks
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, business, industrial relations, or related field
Seven or more years of progressive HR experience
Experience with investigations, performance management, and organizational change
Solid influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities
