As a Contract and Business Analysis Specialist, you will plan, procure, manage, and evaluate agreements supporting programs and services. You will apply procurement practices, contract administration, and business-analysis methods while working with program areas, service providers, and stakeholders. The work supports effective, compliant, and responsive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage contracts and grants, monitoring performance and compliance
Analyze financial and operational information, risks, and service gaps
Lead or support procurement and service planning activities
Develop evidence-based recommendations,



business cases, and service strategies
Facilitate consultations and implement corrective actions when required

Requirements:
University degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
Minimum four years progressively responsible related experience
Experience delivering services supporting Albertans or social services
Robust analytical, facilitation, negotiation, and consultation skills
Ability to work independently with high autonomy
