What are your contributions to the team?

During your internship, you will contribute to:
Work closely with the International Regional Team to support their projects and tasks.
Plan and coordinate communications between the regional leads and Montreal, ensuring timely responses and smooth information flow.
Organize and assist with regional projects, meetings,



and reporting to keep alignment across teams.

How to thrive in this role?

What we are looking for:
You are familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in business, communications, marketing, international business, or a related field.
You are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple projects simultaneously
You have knowledge of project coordination and a strong interest in international business environments.
You are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across different time zones.
You speak and write fluently in English, French (Spanish is an asset ).

It is key to note that our internship prospects are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
